Woven from eco-friendly viscose yarns made from banana, pineapple and other organic fibres, these scarves are then cut, finished and fringed by hand by groups of skilled crafts people supported by a fair trade business development organisation in India.

• 200cm x 70cm

These scarves are from Crafts Resource Centre and are made in Ludhiana City, the hub of the textile industry in the state of Punjab. The eco-friendly viscose yarns used are made in India from banana, pineapple and other organic fibres and are power-loom woven into a jacquard before being cut, finished and fringed by hand. CRC seeks to support the skilled work of crafts people whilst promoting their independence by linking them with international trading organisations.
